📝 Eligibility Requirements

The Holt Jr. Indians Cheerleading Program is open to boys and girls who meet all of the following requirements:

• ✅ Reside within the Holt High School attendance boundaries of the Wentzville School District.

• ✅ Meet the current season's grade and age requirements.

• ✅ Attend a Holt feeder school, private school, or are homeschooled within the Holt attendance boundaries.

Eligible Participants Include:

• Students attending a Holt feeder school

• Homeschooled students residing within the Holt attendance boundaries

• Private school students residing within the Holt attendance boundaries

⚠️ Important: Registration may close before the posted deadline if a squad reaches its maximum capacity.

If a squad is full, families may join the waitlist. Please note that being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot on the squad. Families will be contacted if an opening becomes available.

No. Uniforms are purchased separately and are not included in the registration fee.

To help keep costs affordable, we host an annual Uniform Resale Night, where families can purchase gently used uniforms for approximately half the cost of new uniforms. This is a great opportunity to save money while making sure your cheerleader has everything needed for the season.

We also offer our Fill My Bow Fundraiser, where 100% of the money your cheerleader earns goes directly toward their uniform costs. This is a great way for families to offset the cost of uniforms while supporting their cheerleader. 💙💛

No. Each registered cheerleader will receive an official Jr. Indians Cheer bow as part of the registration fee. There is no additional charge for the bow.

Each Jr. Indians Cheerleader will need the following uniform pieces:

• Cheer Shell (Top)

•  Cheer Skirt

• Midriff (long sleeves)

• Spanks (shorts under skirt)

• Jacket (with or without name)

• Backpack (with or without name)

• 2 Pom Poms

The following items can be purchased separately:

• 👟 White cheer shoes

• 🧦 White cheer socks

**BOWS are included in registration fee.

Uniform Resale Night

To help keep costs affordable, families are encouraged to attend our annual Uniform Resale Night, where gently used uniforms may be available for approximately half the cost of new uniforms.

Please Note: The average cost of a brand-new uniform package (without personalization) is approximately $357. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on vendor pricing and selected options.

Yes, as long as all uniform pieces are in good condition, fit properly, and meet the current uniform requirements. Any changes to the required uniform will be communicated before the season begins. 

All cheerleaders must wear white cheer shoes and white cheer socks that meet program requirements. 

Yes, as long as they meet the program's shoe requirements. 

Uniform orders are placed after registration has closed and Uniform Fitting Night with our Varsity representative has been completed.

All uniform balances must be paid in full before orders are submitted. To avoid delays for the entire program, all families must meet the payment deadline. If payments are not received on time, the entire program's uniform order may be delayed.

Order deadlines and payment due dates will be communicated to all families through TeamSnap and email.

Uniform Distribution Night will be announced to all families once the program receives the completed uniform order.

Our goal is to distribute uniforms in June, prior to the UCA Stunt Clinic, so cheerleaders have their uniforms before the season begins.

Please note: Distribution is dependent upon all uniform items arriving from the vendor. If there are manufacturer or shipping delays, distribution may need to be rescheduled.

Practice schedules vary by squad level and time of the season. Coaches will communicate practice days and times through TeamSnap. 

Practices are held at designated locations within the Holt attendance area. Practice locations will be shared through TeamSnap. 

Cheerleaders should wear:

• Athletic clothing

• Athletic/cheer shoes

• Hair secured away from the face

• Water bottle

• Any additional items requested by their coach

If your cheerleader will be absent, please notify your coach through TeamSnap as soon as possible.

Consistent attendance is important to ensure the safety and success of the entire squad.
